This promotion ran as a direct mail campaign, offering a Money Back Guarantee to consumers who purchased a 750ml or 1.5tlr bottle from the Comfort Exhilarations range. To claim their money back customers had to send a statement with a minimum statement of 15 words along with their original direct mail piece.
