The Cuppa Club is a rather brilliant loyalty driving scheme. Consumers buy special packs of PG tips, collect PG Points and redeem them against perfect Tea Treats – ranging from a teabag tidy for 100 points to a regency cake stand for 500 points.

We worked with the marketing team to help best utilise their budget. Finding the right collectible gifts was a key part of this. Oliver Bonas teaware is a great collectible for their audience and has strong synergy with the campaign.

It’s proved a great hit for the brand and consumer response has been fantastic.
